Launch and structuring
Months 1 to 6Set-up of governance, communication tools and the shared documentary foundation.
Official kick-off meeting with the partners to validate governance, coordination and working methods.
Creation of the graphic charter, communication toolkit and multilingual website.
Review of best practices for public space transformation across the project areas.
Listening and ideation
Months 7 to 12The project opens up to the public and activates the pilot territories.
Cross-border day to introduce the project to citizens, institutions and territories.
Collective sessions in the pilot territories to imagine the city of tomorrow.
Diagnosis and concepts
Months 13 to 18Shift from listening to operational framing and concept selection.
Interactive mapping of local actors and analysis of residents' needs.
Selection of the spatial transformation concepts to be modelled and tested.
Start of the development of the open-source CMS and gamified interface.
On-site prototyping
Months 19 to 24The project becomes tangible both on site and in the digital tool.
